Depp Tissue massage
A deep tissue massage is a particular massage technique that uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscles, deep below the surface.
It’s used primarily to treat musculoskeletal problems and to aid recovery from vigorous physical activity or sports injuries, but it also has wider applications that can improve the body, mind and soul of anyone receiving the treatment.
It’s easy to think that deep tissue massage benefits are limited to rejuvenating or repairing tired and strained muscles. But that’s only part of the story: a good treatment can help you feel great from head to toe, inside and out.
AromaTherapy Massage
One of the most popular treatments on a spa’s menu, aromatherapy massage combines the power of essential oils with massage therapy, benefitting both the mind and the body.
During an aromatherapy massage, fragrant essential oils are applied to the skin using a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond or grapeseed. Essential oils are plant-based oils which are extracted from herbs, trees and flowers, and each oil has its own unique properties which provide therapeutic benefits.
G5-Anti-Cellulite Treatment
G5 Massage is a mechanical massager that goes much deeper than the therapist can. Different heads are used to mimic different massage techniques. The massage head is driven to turn in gyratory motions, moving round and round, up and down and side to side with pressure, providing a deep massage.
G5 is excellent for toning, increasing circulation and to aid in the breakdown of fatty deposits and cellulite. Particularly good for back, shoulders, thighs, hips, buttocks and stomach. This form of massage stimulates deep blood flow and therefore can be used to relieve very tender areas where deep manual massage may be too painful. It can also be incorporated into your slimming program to help break down cellulite.
